About the Recipe

Easy volume snacking!

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cucumbers (with skin), chopped

  • 1⁄2 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Chilli flakes or fresh chilli, to taste

Preparation

  1. Chop the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.

  2. Toss everything together and serve chilled.

  3. Enjoy!
