Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu (tau kwa)

  • 3-4 dates, pitted

  • 1 square dark chocolate

  • 100ml soy milk or alternative

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (25g protein per serve)

Preparation

  1. Blend the Ingredients:

    • In a blender or food processor, combine the firm tofu, pitted dates, dark chocolate pieces, soy milk, and chocolate protein powder.

    • Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  2. Adjust Consistency:

    • If the mixture is too thick, you can add a splash more soy milk or alternative to achieve your desired consistency. Blend until smooth.

  3. Portion and Chill:

    • Once the mixture is smooth, transfer it into small jars or containers with lids.

    • Place the jars in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Chilling helps the flavors meld together and allows the snack to set slightly.

  4. Enjoy:

    • After chilling, your high protein tofu snack is ready to enjoy! You can eat it straight from the jar with a spoon or use it as a spread on toast or crackers for a satisfying and nutritious snack.
