1 block firm tofu (tau kwa)
3-4 dates, pitted
1 square dark chocolate
100ml soy milk or alternative
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (25g protein per serve)
Preparation
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender or food processor, combine the firm tofu, pitted dates, dark chocolate pieces, soy milk, and chocolate protein powder.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Adjust Consistency:
